Scale refusal

Has anyone refused to weight themselves at their Drs appointments?

I don’t want to get in the scale at the drs, I have my first appointment Nov 5th and I already have anxiety about getting on the scale. I don’t care about what they have to say about my weight (I work out 3-5 times a week and have been at the same weight for a few months).. I’ll be 8w3d by then. But I’m afraid they will be rude or say I have to weigh myself. Idk maybe I’m just super emotional and over thinking, but I really don’t want to get on the scale.
