Possible twins at 6w? Anyone have a similar personal experience?

Had my first ultrasound yesterday at 6 weeks 1 day. Saw baby and a heartbeat flutter in the top one 🙏🏼❤️

I immediately spotted the second dark area and the tech basically said it “could be” twins but it’s too early and she doesn’t see anything in that one yet. Have another ultrasound scheduled for next week. Anyone have an early ultrasound that looked something like this? Any thoughts? A week is a long time to wait wondering if there are 2 in there! Thanks ladies.
