Perimenopause??

Question

I seen my doctor yesterday and discussed hot flashes, hair coming out at the root plus the unbeatable fatigue. It seems unreal at 35. They ran so many test but won’t be in for a week or more. Anyone else my age going through the same?

I thought the same when I hit my 40 same symptoms and now I’m pregnant at 43:) those symptoms could be so many other things- depression bad nutrition etc just take care of yourself ❤️

Yep and I'm 27, was younger when it started but no test really diagnoses it as hormones fluctuate regularly. More likely to be diagnosed through prolonged testing and with results dropping consistently I would have thought. 
I'm not sure where you live but I found a special cooling spray specifically made for hot flashes and it's genuinely amazing! Mine was from Boots but I'm sure you'll be able to find them online and sold in your area. Evening primrose can help with hormones which I've again found helpful myself, as is staying away from certain food/drink i.e. caffeine, alcohol. It really is difficult dealing with the symptoms especially when there's to known end date, though there's quite a few products on the market now for menopause (including premenopause) so it's worth having a good Google!
