My husband has done it every single time. The only thing that creeps him out is catching the baby. He just won’t do it. He’s more scared than anything.

Why didn’t he want to cut it? I’ve never seen the umbilical cord so probably not.

Heck no lmao. My husband was gone for the birth and the doctor tried to get me to do it and I noped out 😂

Absolutely!!  My son ex didn’t want to cut the cord with my first two, so my mom did.  My third was precipitous and my partner didn’t make it on time, so she cut it again.  Fourth, my partner was really excited to cut it but I definitely would have if he didn’t
