Since I've become pregnant with baby #5 I've been having issues with being scared easily. I had a stupid anxiety attack while I was in my car at the car wash. 😒😒 Like wtf lol

I went to my son's school last week for parent teacher conference, and as I was driving up to the front I was passing ALL of the parents waiting to pick up their kids. All I kept thinking was how they must think I'm crazy and I'm cutting the line. When I parked my adrenaline was rushing for no reason! Again wtf. Now today I was putting things away in the fridge, and my bf walks up to grab something and it scares me....not even 2 minutes late he comes again and I jump...again. He even asked me why I was so scared. Idk what's going on. I am really hard to scare, and I've never had these anxiety attacks before. This is new to me and idk if this is normal?
