Child’s name at birth
I have a question for anyone in the state of Florida. My friend is also currently pregnant but father of her child is currently incarcerated and won’t be present for the child’s birth. Are you able to name the child after the father and give last name even if the father is present at the birth ? And to be clear they’re not married.
