Losing weight to ttc
I am currently 11st 10lbs and I want to lose weight to ttc, the last thing I want is to be carrying extra weight after I have a baby I have lost over a stone in over a year and a little more but gradually gaining because I'm eating so much crap, I need to get back into eating healthy and going to the gym I just renewed my member ship but haven't yet attended the gym and I want to get myself going before Xmas so I'm motivated, any tips ladies on food and staying motivated
