Ivf success with irregular cycles

Hey glow ladies. I have done iui five times, took a few months off but have crazy irregular cycles. Male factor is good. Not diagnosed with pcos or endometriosis. Tubes are open. My cycles are usually 45-72 days long. We are waiting for my period to start IVF but how will it work when my cycles are so long? Has anyone gone through this or know the protocol for a pt like me: I’m trying to be so patient . I see the dr Friday with new lab results and ultrasound . Idk what questions to even ask: please help me out !!
