STARVING?!

23 weeks today and constantly hungry!! I was never this hungry with my first two babies. At 20 week appointment I hadn’t gained any weight yet. 
Anyone else so hungry all the time?

I’ll be 24 weeks tmr but growing up I’ve always ate so much and never gained weight but I did gain 6 pounds already because I’m eating every hour but small plates tho because I can’t eat big plates like I would use to but I’m always hungry . I just ate 1 hour ago and I’m still starving and idk what to do and it makes me wanna cry because I’m trying so hard not to eat like a pig and even gain more weight 😞tbh idk what to do
