My doctor said realistically the moment you get your period at like 14 or whatever it is. Just helps regulate everything however, since I wasn’t on them she suggested at least a year before trying to get pregnant. I took them for 6 months before getting pregnant the first time and have not stopped them since giving birth in May and now trying again so figured it’s best to just keep taking them.
