How did u choose veganism?
I feel I do a mix between vegetarian, plant-based and alkaline so really I’m nt fully one. I can’t do dairy I have an intolerance and don’t eat meat, fish, or seafood. Bt I also do heavy lifting so I need a lot of carbs and protein to grow and I just don’t like chickpeas or lentils. I feel I’m mostly on a liquid diet of shakes to hit my macros cz honestly I’ve given up for now eating. I will make alfredo with gnocchi and have vegan bars bt mainly its shakes.
