2 months PP close once think I have placenta left over ??!!

So very shockingly got this ... told my close once and they says there is no way I could be this early because I'm exclusively breastfeeding, I had stopped bleeding at 5 wks pp right now I'm cramping pretty bad what do you guys think ?

You’re pregnant. HCG leaves the body about 5 weeks after baby is born. Also, if you had placenta left over you would have an infection and probably would have hemorrhaged. You’d know. You’re cramping because you’re pregnant. Congrats!

Exclusive breastfeeding (meaning baby is not offered any pacifiers and is fed on demand) offers many women pretty good birth control. Personally, all of my children are almost exactly 2 years apart because of it.  But every now and then, it doesn't. And these sweet surprises happen! 
Its unlikely you have retained placenta. You'd still be bleeding. I had retained placenta for 5 weeks after one of my babies and working with my dr and midwife, we naturally let it pass. And it did and then my bleeding stopped abruptly as well. 
You're not at greater risk of complications necessarily but you definitely will need to focus on your health, diet, water, etc....to maintain pregnancy, milk supply, and good maternal health. You can do this! I've and several clients and friends who've had these little surprises and all had great pregnancies and births (many birth center and home births), even if exhausted!

1. HCG is usually back to 0 by 6weeks postpartum. 
2. If you had a retained placenta, you’d definitely know. You’d likely hemorrhage and/or go septic pretty quick. Retained placenta is a serious and life threatening complications that is usually noticed in the days immediately after delivery. 
3. Breastfeeding isn’t birth control.
