pregnancy "vision"??

so i lost my son unexpectedly when i was 21 weeks, we started TTC as of this month and last night when i was trying to go to sleep, my eyes were closed for MAYBE 3 minutes and i got a super vivid image of a positive pregnancy test and then a super weird feeling throughout and then it was instantly gone and my eyes opened. it was just so weird because it wasn't a dream i know for a fact i wasn't any where close to being asleep or even tired. i know it was probably just me wanting to be pregnant or something but still it makes me wonder, especially because when i told my fiancé he said that for the last week he's had dreams off and on of us being in the bathroom and me showing him a positive test. he also had a dream that we were having a boy 3 days before we found out in my last pregnancy
