So broken
We went for a regular ultrasound/check at 13w 1d and found no heartbeat yesterday. I am so lost and can't seem to find the light in why this keeps happening to us. I made it so far. I have to wait 5 more days for my D&C and carrying my baby like this is breaking my heart.
