Today I should be 7w 2d However last night I experienced a gush of bright red blood. Today I'm wearing a Pad and although bleeding is a still bright red it has not rushed out or been as heavy, though it is still more than spotting. I am having abdominal cramps that are light, I haven't been to the doctors yet. They usually don't see people until 10 weeks where I live. What should I do? Am I definitely miscarrying?
