help!!

I’ve been getting really close to this one guy and we have been pretty much dating for the past month. We haven’t seen eachother in a little over 2 weeks so we decided we would meet up tonight. He texted me as i was getting ready that he doesn’t know if he can make it because he has no way of getting to my house so i said that’s fine. I was extremely disappointed but understood that if he couldn’t make it he couldn’t make it. I accepted it. He then replies a photo of him in the car saying that he is going to a halloween party with one of his friends. I’m very sceptical and very upset. Please provide some advice. :((
