Are my 4 Eyes Deceiving me?

So today I took a pregnancy test bc my nipples are sore as hell. I threw it away before the 3 or so minutes because other tests I’ve taken have always been negative. Even after going back to check, they had a hard negative. However, i have been feeling mild cramping and i went to the bathroom one day when I was wiping after peeing, i got this clear mucus like discharge. So I walked by the trash can today and checked it like i always do and got this. Is this faint or false? Someone help. ❗️Snippet of discharge is included. 😭🥺
