Breaded chicken
how do I make my bread crumbs not fall off my chicken? I’ve tried w egg, flour & then the bread crumbs and letting them rest before frying and after and making sure the oil is hot but the breading just falls right off while eating it. I’ve tried just egg and the crumbs only but it fell off too how can I keep it from falling off while eating it 😩
