I'm Now 11 dpo yesterday I took my bra off to sore nipples and tender breast along with menstral like cramps and this morning I woke up to the same thing. My breast NEVER hurts around AF time. I took a test middle of the day yesterday that was a BFN :( the tender breast and nipples have me confused I'm not sure if it's implantation or AF because she's due in a few days! Any advice!
