Nipples 😅

Hi lady’s! I’m very self conscious about my breasts and nipples. I have a small chest and my nipples never stay hard it’s really rare only when I’m cold or when I take off my bra. My boyfriend plays and sucks on them but they never get hard! I’m so embarrassed is this normal? My nipples aren’t inverted either maybe more on the flatter side but idk how else to explain what they look like I recently bought this tool to help bring them out but it honestly hurts and it only lasts for a bit then goes back to normal. Can any of you relate? 😅
