Some temping advice please!
I’ve been recording my bbt , there was a rise after I ovulated (Been checking with opks as well), and then today at 5dpo my temperature went down from 36.64(yesterday morning) to today at 36.50.
I’ve been tempting every morning at 7am before my morning pee.
My question is, is this a give away that I did not conceive ? I heard that if the temperature goes down it means I’m not pregnant but I just want some clarity.
