Hi, my obgyn suspects that I have endometriosis. I have very bad pain with sex and abnormal bleeding along with random lower abdomen pain. My period pain isn't bad and the other pain is more like pressure but the pain with sex is so bad. They ruled out infections and pregnancy. They did an ultrasound which showed a rather large cyst in one ovary and a few small cysts in the other. They ordered an MRI to go from there. Does anyone else have symptoms like this? I always thought you had to have heavy periods and really bad cramps to have endometriosis.
