Plan b spotting

OK I’m kind of confused on everybody else’s comments I’ve been seeing on other posts so I wanted to see what people would say about Plan B spotting I know I read the pamphlet already but I wanted to just make sure people say that any bleeding after Plan B means that it worked so if I’m not correct please correct me even if I’m spotting does that mean it worked? Because I took a Plan B on October 17 the 16th was the day I had intercourse so I took it the next day around like morning noon-ish I can’t remember the time but then after that one week went by the following week which was like the 20 something I was spotting for three days and then it stopped and here we are in November according to the app it’s telling me that my period was supposed to come on the fourth but I know Plan B is delaying your period so I just wanna understand that if any bleeding after Plan B does that mean it worked regardless if it’s a. Responding I just wanna make sure so that way I don’t freak out too much
