Baby boy is so low!

Baby boy is really low to the point where it hurts to walk or even move I don’t remember it being this way when I was pregnant with my daughter I’ve tried everything to get him to move but he just kicks me instead I’ll be 17 weeks on Monday any tips to make him move? This is my third pregnancy I’ve tried poking drinking cold water eating spicy foods and even a hot bath and nothing. I’m starting to think he’s super stubborn😂 (I also have placenta previa I don’t know if that has anything to do with him being so low, but anything to help is appreciated)
