scabies ???

i noticed what i thought to be an ingrown hair or something along my bikini line a few days ago and was a bit weirded out bc i haven’t shaved in a while but didn’t think much of it. i then started to see more and basically the whole right side of my vulva/inner thigh is really itchy to the point where it’s scabbed over from me scratching. i’ve gone through EVERYTHING including herpes, contact dermatitis, scabies, or just dry skin and i really don’t know what it is. leaning towards scabies but i have no clue how i’d have gotten it. help!!!
