What is going on? HELPP

Does anybody else's 9 year old wet the bed every single night? Hw wont stop peeing and it always wreeks really bad like fish. Theres not one night he doesnt wet the bed. I have to wash sheets and blankets every day and he doesnt like to shower so hell go days without showering and he just smells what can i do to fix this ?

It’s time to see the pediatrician! They can rule out medical causes, and refer to a therapist if necessary.
I wet the bed until I was older, but I always cleaned up. I was under a ton of stress as a kid that manifested into depression and anxiety as an adult. I think seeing a therapist could have really helped me early on.

Make him shower, he’s 9. And I’d have him sleep in a pull up. My 7 year still wets the bed, but sleeps in pull ups and showers every day.

Stop giving him a choice about having a wash your the parent he is a child if he needs to be washed it’s your job to make sure he is you could also get him waterproof mattress protectors and talk to him about what’s going on I would say it’s not very normal for a child of that age to be wetting the bed every night unless he has bladder problems my kids have not had accidents since they were 4 or 5 maybe somethings is upsetting or bothering him ❤️❤️💙💙

If your son goes around smelling because he isn't taking shower that is on you, he is 9 years old he shouldn't go to school without a shower bedwetting or not. As a parent it's your responsibility to teach him that and make sure he follows through.
My son wet the bed for quite a while and we went to an extra nurse, we tried a trouser with an alarm that went off as soon as they got wet, he was keeping a journal of how much he drank and how many times he needed to use the toilet non of that helped, not mentioning that pull ups did do anything either they would wet straight through and cost me a lot of money, the thing that helped the most to keep him clean was adult dipers. My husband goes to bed late so he would always check him and let him change and change the bed if necessary which was most nights. 
It went on for years till I came across a post were a father said that his son's bedwetting got better after he start taking Pumpkin seed capsules, they are know to be helpful for active bladder. I got some capsules and in only a short while it got much better and then eventually stopped.

I think after 8 they start to take you seriously because my son had a bed wetting problem but he will be 9 on Tuesday and has only done it once this year so far so he’s out growing it but prior to this year it was so often and stressful. The shower thing though, that’s up to you to enforce!
