11 DPO Negative Test

Hey all. We have been TTC for about 4 months now. This month I felt like we got it right based on my opk tests. So I was feeling really good and thought for sure this is the month! AF is expected on Thursday 11/11. My cycle length ranges anywhere from 34-37 days. So today I’m 11DPO and of course it’s a BFN😩 I had my son when I was 21 (unplanned over 8 years ago) and all I remember was taking a test when I realized I was 2 weeks late. So I’m not sure if I’m testing to soon but I feel like at 11DPO I should test positive if I were pregnant right?

This month my breasts aren’t tender AT ALL and they normally are unbearable the week leading up to AF. And Ive been having some mild cramps on and off, breaking out like a teenager. Just different from my normal cycles.

So has anyone on here ever had a negative pregnancy test 11DPO but tested positive few days later?
