Vagina problems

I went to the doctors for a UTI and was treated. After treatment was finished I had sex and developed yeast infection symptoms. So I went and got treated for that and the told me I had BV as well. I had a Pap smear done a week latter after treatment ended because I just turned 21, the results came back clear. Now it’s November and I started having symptoms I’ve never had before. Itching or burning when I have to urinate but not like a UTI or a Yeast infection. When I originally went to the doctors they treated me for a yeast infection instead of waiting on the results to come back. My symptoms persisted after 4 days so I went in and was told it was BV. I’ve now noticed a small lump in my groin area that I’ve gotten checked and my doctor says it is a swollen lymph node from the infection and once I finish my treatment I should be good but scheduled ultrasound 5 days from now just to make sure it’s nothing serious. My treatment for BV ends tomorrow and my symptoms are touch and go. I want to have sex with my boyfriend but idk what to do. Wether I should wait for the ultrasound or not. I am just so incredibly frustrated with my body I don’t understand why it’s doing this. I’m practice good hygiene, I pee after sex, I only have one sexual partner and I feel so hopeless.
