Hemorrhoids

I got them after I had my son so they were easy to manage but now I have a big one that is just so embarrassing haha and uncomfortable.
Any suggestions? I actually see the Dr tomorrow so I’ll ask him but what the heck is that thing gonna look like after birth 🤪
