So im pregnant and everything i eat .. when i throw up my throat burns because of all the acid.. what foods to avoid.. ?? I have so much stomach acid😩😩😩

Acid reflux is awful. I ended up getting a acid blocker from my ob. I take Prilosec now. Highly recommend.

My midwife recommended I take slippery elm when I complained I wasn’t sleeping for the same reason- and it has been a lifesaver

Unfortunately it’s just a symptom of pregnancy but avoiding dairy, citrus, spicy, and fried oily food will help. I also love the chewy tums. Try to sleep elevated almost in a sitting upright position to keep acid from coming up even worse.

I ate small snacks all day. Crackers, goldfish, pb&j sandwhich, things that soak up the acid a bit. And I never stopped snacking but never filled my stomach entirely and that’s the best I could do at minimizing my sickness without help from my doctor. Which I ended up seeking out
