Vow renewal

My husband and I will be celebrating 5 years of marriage next April. I’m catholic, he’s not, and we got married outside the church. I told him that one day I would like to have our marriage blessed by the church so he suggested we do it for our 5th anniversary. It would be a quick little renewal, we might have our parents present but that’s it. So I’m wondering what your thoughts are on what to wear? Should I wear white? Or just a nice dress? I’m so excited to do this, we have a son now and the last year has been extremely trying on our marriage but we’ve made it through better and stronger than before! So yeah, just looking for some ideas. Has anyone else done a renewal? I know typically they happen at later years but it feels right now 🥰
