What are yeast infections like??

So sorry if this is TMI but I dont have a doctors appointment for another 10 days... I have been experiencing symptoms like redness, itchiness and swollen labias.. When I open my vagina and look at it would I see a white yeast like cream?? If you had one before let me know!! I only had Bacterial Vaginosis before and the symptoms I have now dont match up with when I had it (because nothing smells) I am taking a bath... i have used coconut oil but it doesnt help much... Any advice would be great. Also if you have any remedies... Let me know

it has very similar symptoms to BV as well ( itchy, red, swollen, maybe burns when you pee) except the discharge is like cottage cheese. I've had both one after the other & the discharge is the only way I saw the difference and also the smell. it'll small kinda like fresh sour yeast in bread if you know what I mean? honestly keep it dry and use a slight amount of anti it's vagial cream. it won't take it away all the way but the relief is worth it )):

This is a classic yeast infection. NOT BV, go get 7 day microenzole cream and use as directed. DO NOT get the three day or the one day. Neither of those are strong enough because at this point your infection is full blown. Don't stop in the middle of your week just because you start feeling better, feeling better doesn't mean your cured, it will come back as a raging infection with a vengeance, trust me, I would know lol 
Use the FULL 7 days, use the three day cream after if you havnt improved by the 7th day.

God I had bacterial vaginosis and it was hell. Yeast infcrion, not too sure. I had a UTI at the same time as my BV and I was miserable for weeks.

Sounds like a yeast infection to me... You can freeze plain yogurt into a finger of a glove and pop inside of your vagina at night.. Also cut out sugary drinks... Try garlic... Drink lots of water..  Don't take baths until it clears up... And then after that if you take a bath don't use bubbles every time because it can cause a yeast infection.
