I'm currently cycle day 21 and I got a negative am I out and just to try again next cycle ?

Still too early lovely, if you ovulated on cd14 then you would only be 7 days past ovulation, most women won’t get positive test until at least 11 days past ovulation so don’t get discouraged. Also you could have ovulated late as well (unless you tracked your ovulation?). I would wait few days and test again. Good luck ❤️.
