We were trying for 4 months before I decided to give OPK's a try.. got pregnant that first cycle tracking my ovulation using OPK's. Definitely reccomend it x

Not doing anything and just letting it happen. Still tracked my cycle and logged sex, but didn’t strategize anything for it.

A lot… I have underlying health issues, so taking a baby aspirin daily was a big one. I monitor both temperature and OPKs. And upped it to sex everyday during my fertile period. 
First time getting pregnant, with a viable baby, now2 years old, took 5 years and 2 miscarriages. 
Second time getting pregnant with a viable baby, now 16 weeks pregnant, took 2 months.

We gave up. Then BAM! There that BFP was! It’s ironic how that works, but it is how it usually goes.
