Best allergies to stop allergies due to asthma.

Hi y'all. I've had asthma since was 5 years old. Since my mid 20s it has gone out of control to the point I wake up 5x a night to use my rescue inhaler. Nothing is helping me. I live in a small town so seeing a doctor is impossible. They just throw me more medicine, which doesn't help. I buy primatene mist inhalers OTC. I noticed everything triggers my asthma and allergies. What's the best allergy pill to take to prevent my allergies from becoming worse to the point I'm having asthma attacks? Right now I'm taking Allegra and they don't help much. I'm out of my rescue inhaler right now too and don't have a cord for my nebulizer to use that.
