PIO and Progesterone Inserts

I’ve been cleared to start the PIO starting tomorrow and the Endometrin inserts starting Sunday. I’m mortified to inject myself. I’m a flight attendant and literally every time I will need the injections, I’m working a trip. Those who inject themselves, what position for your PIOs? My best bet will be seating down on my jumpseat and inject. We have curtains back there or the bathroom which would not be ideal. Help!!! I need ideas and how you did it.
