Has she been sick at all? It could be roseola, a very common viral infection that mainly effects small children.

I was thinking the same thing in the comments what came to me when i first saw is fifth decease. Its a viral infection. Im no medical professional so please keep trying to contact them. Perhaps a public health nurse? Sending positive vibes to the worried mama im with ya on that ❤️

Looks like a viral rash. My kids were sick and had a rash. Other than sleeping a lot and the rash, I wouldn’t have even known they were sick.
