First time Home Buyer anyone?

My fiancé (26) and I (24) are in the midsts of buying our first home! We just finished the home inspection, termite inspection, and appraisal phase.

We’re fortunate to have gotten a great deal on the home considering the “bid war house market” craziness that just past (at least in my area).

I feel like we’re not completely out of the woods yet in this home buying process, but I’m very hopeful that things will go accordingly.

Closing day (we get the keys) is December 6th. I’m beyond excited and ready to get the hell out of our apartment.

Is anyone else on the same boat? Starting or just finishing the process of buying their first home?
