Hi everyone Tomorrow I will be 15 weeks postpartum I went to hospital yesterday because I had bad stomach pains and it hurts when leaning over and walking, coughing, breathing in ect they got me to do a pregnancy test and blood tests and both confirmed I am pregnant but I’ve been bleeding for 9 days as I was on my period (which stopped today) I also had a scan today as they booked me in but they couldn’t see any fetal pole or sac and my cervix is open so does this mean I’m definitely misscarrying ? Or already have miscarried as they said Im probably having a misscarriage and to come back in 2 days to check my bloods again

I also took a pregnancy test this evening when I got home just to see for myself they said positive but I’m not convinced as my cervix is also open
