Has anyone gotten a + 12 days after digital and actually stayed pregnant?

We did our second IUI this month and I used a 250u HCG trigger of ovidgrel. My lines disappeared a couple days ago but are coming back. Do you think I’m really pregnant?? So scared to get my heart broken after 2 years TTC. Our first IUI I was negative by 10 dpt. This time I’m 12 dpt and 10 dpo and my test has gotten darker and my digital ready positive.

Please tell me someone out there has done this protocol and got their BP day 12 dpt to?!
