So I had my first ultrasound November 10th and coming in I thought I was 7w3d. The tech only saw a sac measuring 6w5d and yolk, no fetal pole. She never said anything else, no reassurance that I may be early, or this is common. All she said was I can’t say anything and you need to talk to your doctor. She asked me if I have irregular cycles which I said yes, and my lmp was September 13th. Got my first positive test October 13th so I think I ovulated around October 2nd. My usual cycles are 35-38 days. I have to do another ultrasound Saturday. Is this a blighted ovum? Or a silent miscarriage? I’m in complete shock and worried it’s not viable.
