Tween Daughter has a hickey but tried to lie and say it was a curling iron

My 6th (12 yrs old) grader has a hickey and has been trying to play it off that it was the curler. We share a cordless curler where the hot part can’t be touched unless you stick your finger in it. We’ve been dealing with several issues going on. She was caught with E and Adderal at school. They did suspension but no help from the counselors. She also got caught dying people’s hair in the bathroom on lunch break and her bestie was piercing people. She has been fooling around with an 8th grader at her school. Found out she hangs out with this 16 year old girl who does Heroin and her friend OD on the weekend. When at her dads she’s been sneaking off to underground raves. Like middle of butt fuck nowhere raves with sketch people. She posted to TikTok a video of they, they’re, their using drugs as an example. Dad won’t do anything on the weekends he had her so best option was to have her transfer to a school near me (she lives with me full time but went to a school by him which was 15 mins away) but clearly that’s not working out too well as she’s been at this new school since September. We have about 3 other school options near by or online school. Idk what to do
