Needs advice from anyone with appendicitis experience

Hello

I need some advise please from anyone who may have experienced the same thing or someone who has medical experience.

I had appendicitis during the first lockdown and the hospital said they didn’t want to operate due to covid, although they would have. Doctor told me that it could come back in next five years (healed me with a Antibiotics and let me go after two days)

My question is this

Sometimes I get a really dull ache just below my stomach towards my abdomen area and it hurts, and I immediately get paranoid and worry.

Besides this, one week ago I woke up in the middle of the night with a really bad pain in the same area, and the same thing happened again last night.

It also feels like it could be in my ovaries, as I have been told by a doctor that I have a polycystic ovary (yes, just one of them).

Any words of wisdom ?

(PS I will visit doctors soon, just wanted some advice in the meantime)
