My 7 week old really fights naps hard. Even though she’s yawning a lot she will not go down even when I rock her and use white noise etc. I am at my wits end because I just end up holding her all day trying to get her to nap. Eventually she will but she waaay overdoes her wake window and then gets overtired and fussy. And then can’t stay asleep longer than 30 minutes because she can’t sleep through a sleep cycle. What can I do?? I’m trying to follow wake windows. We keep her room dark and use white noise. I just feel at a loss and so overwhelmed.
