What are your baby must haves?

Hi! 
My L.O is just coming up to 3 months. I have just got some vouchers from Amazon. I've already got:
Night light (a basic night light)
Some toys
Sophie Giraffe
Changing table etc
Diaper bin
Crib
Etc - 
I have baby listener (forgot name) audio only which I borrowed from cousin.
Is there anything I should buy that I might not already have - a toy or object u really recommend?
Please put in your suggestions!

I’d ditch the changing table. Never used it! I changed babe in the crib, on my bed, on the couch, on the floor…never the changing table. 
I recommend this crib mattress instead! They have a mini crib size too if you have a mini crib instead. This is like the only product I feel is a NEED for babe. Completely breathable and helps me not worry so much when she sleeps on her belly! 
Maybe look into some teeth oil as teething will begin soon if not already.
