First time mom… I feel like everything is “bad” for baby

I need advice. My baby LOVES his walker. He’s in it a LOT of the day and since me and hubby both work from home it’s nice because he will walk into my office in it or go to my husband in his office. He loved his Jolly Jumper but it broke so we are waiting on the replacement. Is a walker really THAT bad? I feel like everything I do for baby and look up online it seems like “bad for development” nope can’t use a jolly jumper, nope can’t use a walker. Nope can’t do baby sensory on TV because bad for baby. I feel defeated. Am I ruining my baby by putting him in a walker? He has floor time too. But is it THAT bad?
