Subchoronial hemmorhage and low fhr

I went in to Ed for vaginal bleeding and was told I have sch and the fhr dropped from 121bpm on Tuesday at 6w1d to 81bpm at 6w3d.

I bled at the hospital but no clotting or any heavy bleeding since I got discharged.

This is my second pregnancy, first with my now 8 yr old. I’ve been on pelvic rest for two days and I on occasion just wipe brown spotting but never had to change my pad.

I’m worried about my baby due to the heart rate.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have some severe anxiety so any advice or help would be much appreciated.

Went to the ER today and baby is looking healthy and fhr is 172bpm and I’m measuring 7w4d.
