Chicken
Made premade chicken strips (the frozen ones in the frozen section) made them in a frying pan and when I went to eat them I noticed they were kinda like warm but didn’t seem to get piping hot. Should I be concerned about listeria from not hearing them hot enough? Hoping they just cooled down quick. Nerves are bad today, so may be overthinking. 21 weeks
