Any HG mamas out there that can help me out? (hyperemesis gravidarum)

I have had HG with my all of my past 3 pregnancies and get sick right at 6 weeks or so, and now I am pregnant with my 4th and not sick at all and I am 6 weeks 3 days... I am told if you get HG you usually get it with all pregnancies, but now I am worried if my baby is growing or hoping i won't miscarry.:. i went in for a scan due to previous miscarriage at 5+ 4 but dr had me come in too early we could only see a small sac, but my HCG had rose to 1175 more than doubling so he said we were just early.. is it possible baby stopped growing which is why my HG hasn't appeared as normal? i have had no morning sickness.. or maybe i am not as far along and am not truly six weeks yet? or have any of you with HG miraculously not had it for one of your pregnancies like you did the others and baby was fine? so anxious and i have my 6+6 week ultrasound this wednesday and i am terrified baby didn't grow.. thank you
