Is using hand sanitizer okay?

Been using a lot when i’m not near a sink to wash my hands, but heard it could be dangerous for the baby! is that true?

Totally fine! Won’t hurt baby. Hand sanitizer isnt great for your skin or your immune system if you use it too often but that’s it

It’s fine, unless you’re using a super shady brand. It’s ALWAYS best to wash your hands, instead of using antibacterials, because they can create super bugs. Plus it’s not like they rid your hands of any actual dirt and grime.

If it was an issue they wouldn’t use it in the hospital… I’m a nurse and use it constantly and have never heard of it causing issues in pregnancy.

Just try and moderate it. It’s a little unhealthy in general only because it’s also killing good bacteria off your skin as well. Use it if/when you absolutely need to, but not all the time. 
I usually only ever use a little bit when I go to the gas station and then wash my hands when I get home
